DESCRIPTION:The annual Homeowner’s Association Fee of $75 is be due by April 30\, 2016. All homeowners of the Savannah Crossing subdivision have a legal obligation to pay their annual dues\, which keep the HOA functioning. \nThe primary purpose of the HOA is to protect the value of your home and the quality of your neighborhood. Your dues are used to maintain the common areas\, operate the monument fountain\, and cover the cost of the insurance premiums. Without payment from all of the homeowners\, the HOA cannot operate effectively. Please note that the Village of Glen Carbon is responsible for snow removal\, trash removal\, street cleaning\, and street lights. \nPlease send a check payable to “Savannah Crossing Homeowner’s Association” to the following address: \nSavannah Crossing Homeowner’s Association\n3004 Huntsville Drive\nGlen Carbon\, IL 62034 \nAny dues not received by June 30\, 2016 will be charged an additional $10 late fee per month. \nYou may download a copy of the dues notice here. \n
