Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors

CALL TO ORDER:
A Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at the meeting room inside the Glen Carbon Police Department on June 11, 2013. The meeting convened at 7:03 pm, President Alex Rigoni presiding.

Carrie Cohan, Director Safety Committee
Aaron Heepke, Treasurer

Jan Stephenson, Secretary
Tyler Winters, Vice President
BOARD MEMBERS NOT PRESENT:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes from the 6/8/2013 Annual Meeting were approved as read.
OFFICERS REPORTS:

OLD BUSINESS:
- New flags for entrance have been received – 2 State flags, 2 Village flags
- 100% of Annual Dues have been paid as of 6/11/2013
- Algae preventer has been applied to fountain pond
NEW BUSINESS:
- Owner of unmowed lot will be contacted and given one week to complete mowing
- Following Election of Directors on 6/8/2011, new individual roles were determined for new Board:
- President, Tyler Winters
- Vice President & Director Communications, Carrie Cohan
- Treasurer, Aaron Heepke
- Secretary, Jan Stephenson
- Webmaster, Matt Thouvenot
- Director Landscaping, Mike Homann
- Board will not meet again until September 2013
