Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors

September 13, 2013

CALL TO ORDER:

A Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at the meeting room inside the Glen Carbon Police Department on September 13, 2013.  The meeting convened at 7:03 pm, President Tyler Winters presiding.

BOARD MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

Carrie Cohan, Vice President & Director Communications
Mike Homann, Director Landscaping
Jan Stephenson, Secretary
Matt Thouvenot, Webmaster

BOARD MEMBERS NOT PRESENT:

Aaron Heepke, Treasurer

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Minutes from the 6/11/2013 Meeting were approved as read.

OLD BUSINESS:

  • Signage for Speed Limit and Children at Play: Vice President to present findings at next meeting
  • Continuing problem of lack of water to trees along Old Troy Road

NEW BUSINESS:

  • Cut down 3 remaining dead trees along Old Troy Road
  • Ditch work to correct standing water issue: President to contact homebuilder for dozer assistance
  • Future meeting with Developer about major drainage matter: President to pursue meeting date
  • Fall Neighborhood Yard Sale dates: Set for October 11 and 12
