CALL TO ORDER:
A Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at the meeting room inside the Glen Carbon Police Department on September 13, 2013. The meeting convened at 7:03 pm, President Tyler Winters presiding.

- Signage for Speed Limit and Children at Play: Vice President to present findings at next meeting
- Continuing problem of lack of water to trees along Old Troy Road
NEW BUSINESS:
- Cut down 3 remaining dead trees along Old Troy Road
- Ditch work to correct standing water issue: President to contact homebuilder for dozer assistance
- Future meeting with Developer about major drainage matter: President to pursue meeting date
- Fall Neighborhood Yard Sale dates: Set for October 11 and 12
