Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors
February 20, 2014

CALL TO ORDER: A meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association Board of Directors was held at the Glen Carbon Senior Citizens Center on February 20, 2014. The meeting convened at 7:03 pm, President Tyler Winters presiding.

BOARD MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

  • Mike Homann, Director of Landscaping
  • Jan Stephenson, Secretary
  • Matt Thouvenot, Webmaster
  • Tyler Winters, President

BOARD MEMBERS NOT IN ATTENDANCE:

  • Aaron Heepke, Treasurer

OFFICER REPORTS:

DIRECTOR REPORTS:

  • Landscaping

OLD BUSINESS

  • Ongoing drainage issues – President will request Developer attend next board meeting
  • President will obtain Release of Liability form for ditch work behind homeowner’s property
  • Request for proposals for mowing in 2014 was approved by the Board. It will be sent out by 2/28/2014
  • Installation of Phase I and II irrigation system along Old Troy Road has begun. Update at next meeting.
  • President contacted Village regarding water tap on Richmond Drive. Village estimated cost at $3,100

NEW BUSINESS

  • President nominated Dawn Dimitroff to serve as Director Social Activities for the HOA – Seconded and approved
  • Date for submission of 2014 Budget amounts will be 3/27/2014
  • Date for 2014 Budget Approval Meeting by Homeowners will be 4/10/2014
  • Director of Landscaping will ask Hawkeye Irrigation to investigate leak at fountain pump and to open fountain mid-April
  • Webmaster to renew domain registration for 1-year term
  • All-terrain vehicle parking violation by homeowner; letter will be sent
