Meeting of the Board of Directors and Homeowners
March 26, 2015
CALL TO ORDER:
A Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at the Meeting Room of the Glen Carbon Police Department on March 26, 2015. The meeting convened at 6:05 pm, President Tyler Winters presiding.

BOARD MEMBERS NOT IN ATTENDANCE:

- Jackie Franklin and Jeff Berger

- Susie Brigman

APPROVAL OF MINUTES of prior meeting:
Not required (already approved and posted on HOA website)
OFFICER/DIRECTOR REPORTS:
Officer/director reports were tabled until the next meeting, to be held on April 9, 2015
OLD BUSINESS:
Old business was not discussed, in order to have time to complete the vote on the HOA Budget.
NEW BUSINESS:
- HOA Budget for 2015-2016 was presented for a vote to approve. 11 households were present at the meeting; in addition, 5 valid proxies were presented to be included in the vote. A vote was held; budget approval was unanimous.
- Homeowners put forth topics to be added to the agenda for the next HOA/Board Meeting. The suggested topics include:
- Repair of the monument fountain walls and sealing of the stone
- Awarding of 2015 mowing contract following Request for Proposal by the HOA
- Drainage problems in the neighborhood as a whole
- Lack of sidewalks on undeveloped lots
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
