CALL TO ORDER: A Board Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at Mike Homann’s house on October 13, 2015. The meeting convened at 7:05 pm, President Mike Homann presiding.

OLD BUSINESS:
- Drainage issues findings: Need to find out more from Developer
- Planned second Richmond entry: Solicit input from Developer
- Newsletter: Will be emailed when possible, with a few copies sent by US Mail, and posted on website
- Possible dog park/kids’ park: Solicit input from Developer
- Neighborhood Watch setup: Will be presented in Feb 2016 to homeowners
- Sidewalks in a no-build zone: Need more input from the Village
- Violators of Covenants & Restrictions: Need to put together a list
NEW BUSINESS:
- Monument repairs: One quote received for $6,000. Additional quotes will be sought.
- Board openings for Vice President and Landscaping – Tyler Winters was officially named Vice President
- Request for Variance of Covenants & Restrictions – As a Board, we cannot grant a blanket exception to C&R
- Welcoming Baskets: Established budget for each
