Annual Dues Due 4/20

The HOA Annual Dues date has been extended to 4/20. Late fees will be accessed if paid after 4/20.

This year the total is $144.00 for each home/lot. This includes the General Association Fee of $125 and a Special Assessment of $19 to help address ongoing drainage issues.
