Treasurer – Summarized spending to date; JK Turf Pro added $5 fuel surcharge to each cutting; Electric bill excessive; get timer for fountain.
REPORTS OF COMMITTEES:
Landscaping – Several evergreen trees on berm need replacing (dead).
OLD BUSINESS:
Secretary position vacant; Alex Rigoni to act as secretary in interim.
Insurance – property and liability insurance purchased for $1309 per year.
VOTE: Motion passed to vote on increasing dues from $50 to $75. Vote did not pass.
