CALL TO ORDER:
A Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at the meeting room inside the Glen Carbon Police Department on October 8, 2013. The meeting convened at 7:02 pm, President Tyler Winters presiding.

Minutes from the 9/13/2013 Meeting were approved as read.

OLD BUSINESS:
- Dead trees along Old Troy Road have been removed
- Fall Yard Sales, October 11-12
- Ditch work to correct standing water issue: Release of Liability form required
- Future meeting with Developer about major drainage matter: President to pursue meeting date
NEW BUSINESS:
- Prepare RFP for mowing and maintaining common ground in 2014
- Contact vendor in preparation to install Phase I and II of irrigation system along Old Troy Road
- Contact Village about costs of water source and electric source for irrigation system
