Neighborhood Block Party & Election of New Board
June 14, 2014
CALL TO ORDER:
A Meeting of the Savannah Crossing Homeowners Association was held at the neighborhood block party at the cul-de-sac of Birmingham Drive on June 14, 2014. The meeting convened at 7:00 pm, President Tyler Winters presiding.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes from the previous meeting on May 15, 2014 were approved as read.

None at this meeting.
DIRECTOR REPORTS:
None at this meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
None at this meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
Election of Board of Directors for one-year term. 21 Ballots were distributed and returned. President & Secretary each verified that the number of ballots matched the number of lots represented by the homeowners in attendance at the time the voting occurred. Number of votes was later verified by Secretary and President.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
