New Business:

Background on dues increase and budget proposal. Last time dues were raised were over 6 years ago. Dues are relatively low compared to other neighborhoods, plus there are various projects the board would like to initiate as they have been stagnant for several years. For additional information reference post on SC Website here: http://savannah-crossing.com/2018/02/08/2018-dues-increase/

The 2018 Budget is based off the dues increase of $125. If the dues vote does not pass we will need to pass an amended budget with the current dues amount. Absentee ballots are due back by NOON Saturday so we hope to communicate results next week.
